FAQs

Based on more than 100,000 BreastGro users

  • How old do I need to be before I can start taking BreastGro?

A minimum age of 18 years has been set. This is simply because the manufacturer prefers to provide the product exclusively to adults. In terms of biological considerations, it’s not a problem for girls to use the product after they’ve gone through puberty. Using BreastGro before the end of puberty isn’t recommended, since the breasts are still developing at that time.

  • How much bigger will my breasts become?

That is different for everyone. Many women experience growth of 1-2 cup sizes after 6 to 8 months.

  • Am I allowed to use BreastGro if I am pregnant?

No, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

  • Am I allowed to use BreastGro if I am trying to get pregnant?

No, use of BreastGro is not recommended if you are intending to become pregnant.

  • Does taking BreastGro affect how well the contraceptive pill works?

No, practical experience has shown that it doesn’t have any effect on how oral contraceptives work.

  • Is it possible that I will menstruate less when I am taking BreastGro?

Yes, BreastGro can cause reduced blood loss during menstruation. Women who have very light periods on their own may even stop menstruating.

  • Does BreastGro work even if I am taking medication?

There have not been any reports of reduced effectiveness for BreastGro due to the use of medication.

  • Can I use BreastGro if I have breast implants?

It’s possible, but not recommended. It depends on where the breast implants were inserted. If the implants are under the pectoral muscle in the breast area, you can use BreastGro without any problems. However, if the implants were inserted in the breast itself, they’ll inhibit the growth of glandular tissue, which is precisely what BreastGro was developed to stimulate. Due to insufficient room, the glandular tissue that develops could be damaged and discomfort could occur. The use of BreastGro is therefore not recommended for women whose implants are inserted into the breast itself.

  • I have entered menopause. Can I still use BreastGro?

During and after menopause, glandular tissue is broken down at an accelerated rate. Despite this fact, the use of BreastGro has been shown to combat the accelerated tissue degeneration in more than 90% of the women who used it both during and after menopause, thus causing the breasts to become firmer. 50% of the menopausal women who used BreastGro experienced increased breast size.

  • Why do I need to drink so much water while taking BreastGro?

Practical experience has shown that the best results are achieved by taking the tablets with a great deal of water (0.4 litres per tablet). This helps the body absorb the active ingredients more effectively. In addition, the tablets may feel dry, so many women find it more pleasant to swallow them in combination with lots of water.

  • The tablets seem very large. May I break them or chew them before swallowing?

Yes, feel free to break the tablets or chew them. Please be aware that the hops in the tablets have a bitter taste. If you prefer, you can take them with honey to sweeten the taste.

  • Am I allowed to temporarily stop the BreastGro course of supplements?

Temporarily stopping the use of BreastGro has a detrimental effect on how well BreastGro works. If you decide to stop taking the tablets temporarily, it’s recommended to keep taking a maintenance dosage of one to two tablets a day.

  • If I forget to take the tablets one day, should I take a double dose the next day?

Forgetting the tablets once doesn’t affect how well BreastGro works. It’s not necessary to double the amount that you take the next day.

  • Will BreastGro make me gain weight?

No, the use of this dietary supplement doesn’t cause fatty tissue to develop. It only affects the development of glandular tissue in the breasts, so it won’t have any effect on your weight.

  • I used three packages. I have lost some weight, but I don't notice anything different about my breasts. Does BreastGro actually work for me?

When you lose weight, this causes a drop in the fat levels in your breasts. Normally, this causes the breasts to shrink during weight loss. However, the use of BreastGro causes the glandular tissue in the breast to develop, thus replacing the fatty tissue that is being eliminated by weight loss. This allows you to maintain the same cup size even while losing weight.

  • Is it a problem if I take more than the indicated dosage?

We wouldn’t advise exceeding the recommended dose of BreastGro. If you take more tablets (6 to 8), the higher dosage may cause you to skip a menstrual period.

  • What happens if I stop taking BreastGro?

The breakdown of glandular tissue is a natural process. Once you stop taking BreastGro, the amount of glandular tissue in your breasts will gradually start to drop again. For that reason, it’s recommended to take a maintenance dose of one to two tablets to achieve the best results. After some time, you could even take only 1 tablet a day. If the result continues to be satisfactory, you can stop taking it. The most important thing is to look in the mirror regularly. If you think that the breasts are becoming less firm, you can start taking a maintenance dose of two tablets a day, gradually reducing the dosage again. The results and the way things progress after you stop taking BreastGro varies for each person and age. It’s best to determine the maintenance dosage by what you see in the mirror.

  • What should I do if there have been no results after 6 to 8 months?

Ordinarily, you will feel stimulation (tingling sensations) in the breasts and nipple sensitivity within two months. In principle, there will be a visible result after 6 to 8 months. In the unfortunate circumstance that no visible results are achieved after 8 months, you may want to consider stopping. However, there have been cases where ladies who had not observed any results after 8 months and still continued to take BreastGro did finally achieve development. However, we would like to emphasise that these were exceptions.

  • Can BreastGro also be used in combination with contraceptive injections or an IUD?

Yes, that is not a problem.

  • Can BreastGro be used in combination with Implanon (contraceptive drug)?

When BreastGro is used in combination with Implanon, daily blood loss/spotting is a possibility (even if you have already been using BreastGro for two months). The recommendation is to reduce the dose of BreastGro to e.g. 3 tablets a day. There is a good chance that this will make the bleeding stop. If this is not the case, you can reduce the dosage further.

  • Do the blood sugar levels fluctuate significantly in response to the use of BreastGro, due to the large quantity of carbohydrates it contains?

The tablets do contain carbohydrates, but not the type that would affect blood sugar levels in healthy women. Naturally, women with diabetes do need to monitor their diet closely. The tablets are taken at set times, so a diabetes patient can effectively adjust her dietary pattern to accommodate BreastGro without causing blood sugar peaks. Diabetes patients will notice that the quantity of carbohydrates consumed via BreastGro is very modest. BreastGro can easily be incorporated into the diet of a diabetes patient.
